Destination Covered : Shillong - Cherrapunji - Guwahati

Day 1 - Guwahati - Shillong (Assam/Meghalaya) (140 km / 4 hours)

Arrive at the Guwahati Airport and drive to Shillong. Check in at the hotel for refreshment. Later, if time permits, visit Cathedral of Mary and in the evening, roam around Shillong's famous Police Bazar on foot. Stay overnight in Shillong.

Day 2 - Shillong - Cherrapunji (Meghalaya) (60 km / 2 hours)

Enjoy a tasty breakfast and later, drive to Cherrapunji. En route, visit the famous Elephant Falls and Shillong Peak, where you can have a bird's-eye view of Shillong city. At Cherrapunji, visit Mawsmai Cave,
Mawsmai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls and Nohkalikai Falls. Take a break for lunch and travel to Thangkharang Park. Relax overnight in Cherrapunji.

Day 3 - Cherrapunji - Mawlynnong - Shillong (Meghayala) (100 km / 3 hours)

Start with an energising breakfast and go on an excursion to Mawlynnong.Also visit Dwaki. Drive back to Shillong for a pleasant overnight stay. Note: It is advisable to carry a packed lunch to Mawlynnong.

Day 4 - Shillong - Guwahati (Meghalaya - Assam) (99.4 km / 2 hours 34 mins)

After the breakfast, drive to Guwahati. Later, visit Kamakhya Temple and in the evening, go on a magnificent river cruise on the Brahmaputra River. Stay overnight in Guwahati.

Day 5 - Guwahati Airport

Savour a hearty breakfast and later, drive to Guwahati Airport.

Day 1 - Arrive Guwahati

Upon arrival at Guwahati airport, meet and greet and drive to hotel for check-in.The gateway to the northeast and the largest and most cosmopolitan city in the region, Guwahati serves as the starting block for most Northeast itineraries. It is a major Riverine port city and one of the fastest growing cities in India. During evening optional cruise at river Brahmaputra (On direct payment basis).Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2 - Guwahati - Shillong (110 kms/ 03 hours)

After early breakfast visit to the Kamakhya Temple and later drive to Shillong. Afternoon visit to the Catholic of St. Cathedral, Ward’s Lake, Polo Ground. Evening explore the Mall area. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3 - Shillong - Cherrapunjee – Shillong (62 kms /02 hours each way)

After breakfast excursion to Cherrapunjee with en-route sightseeing of Shillong Peak and Elephant Falls, later to the Seven Sister Falls,Nahkhalikai Falls, Mwasmai Cave, Koh Ram Hoh, Eco-park. Later return back to Shillong. Sohra or Cherrapunji, is a sub divisional town in the East Khasi Hills district in the Indian state of Meghalaya. It is credited as being the wettest place on Earth, although nearby Mawsynram currently holds that record. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 4 - Shillong - Guwahati (120 kms /3 to 4 hours)

After breakfast drive back to Guwahati airport to catch flight back home.
