Day 1 - Srinagar
On your arrival at the beautiful Srinagar, you are escorted to the deluxe houseboat. You have the afternoon at leisure. Enjoy the shikara ride on Dal Lake in the evening, during which you can view the spectacular sunset. Enjoy a peaceful night at the houseboat.
Day 2 - Srinagar Local Sightseeing
Enjoy a half day tour of the world famous Mughal Gardens. Visit Shalimar Bagh (abode of love) and Nishat Bagh (the garden of pleasure). Head back to the houseboat for a hot and delicious lunch. Enjoy a shikara ride on Dal Lake in the afternoon. The breathe-taking beauty of this city is often compared to Venice. You can enjoy a glimpse of some very interesting places around the lake. Enjoy a peaceful night at the houseboat.
Day 3 - Srinagar- Gulmarg (56 Km)
After a hearty breakfast, get set to explore Gulmarg, one of the most amazing summer resorts in Kashmir. It is also well known for its golf course during summer and skiing during winter. Enjoy the marvels of nature and the glistening snowy mountains. You can experience a fun Gondola ride (cable car) from Gulmarg to Khilanmarg. Enjoy your overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4 - Gulmarg- Pahalgam (149 Kms)
After a scrumptious breakfast, leave from Gulmarg and enjoy the drive to Pahalgam (2440 mtrs) (Valley of Kashmir). En route, visit saffron fields and Awantipur ruins. Finally, by lunch time you will reach Pahalgam, which is a famous place for Indian Film Industry. After a tasty lunch, enjoy the natural charm of the valley. Relax as you spend the night at the hotel.
Day 5 - Pahalgam
You have the entire day to enjoy the beauty of the Pahalgam valley. Head back to the hotel in the evening, where you can spend a peaceful night.
Day 6 - Pahalgam- Srinagar (93 Km)
After a tasty breakfast, leave Pahalgam and enjoy your drive to Srinagar. You will reach the hotel at lunch time. You have the afternoon at leisure. Enjoy your overnight hotel / houseboat stay.
Day 7 - Srinagar- Sonamarg- Srinagar (196 Km)
On this day, get set for a full day excursion of Sonamarg. It is one of the most beautiful drives from Srinagar. En route you can stop at several beautiful spots, after which you can continue your trip to Sonamarg, 2690 mtrs (Meadow of Gold). You can opt to ride on a horse to visit Thajiwas Glacier, which is covered in snow throughout the year. Sonamarg is popular known as Gateway of Ladakh. In the evening return to the houseboat and enjoy your overnight stay at the houseboat / hotel.
Day 8 - Srinagar
Your delightful tour ends today. Leave in time for the airport to connect to your onward destination flight.
