Arrival & Departure Policies

    Check-in 02:00 PM And Check-out 12:00 Noon
    Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
    Should you wish to avail of a Late Check Out, please inform at the time of booking.

Tariff Policies:

    Rates are subject to all applicable Government taxes and Levies.
    Extra Persons will be charged at RS. 500/- per person per night.
    2 Children under 12 years of age can stay in the parents' room free of charge.

Guarantee & Payment Policy

    All bookings must be guaranteed at time of reservation by payment through bank deposit.
    As we are a small guesthouse we accept payment by cash and bank transfers only.
    All bills must be settled at the time of Check out.

Cancellation Policy

    Reservation must be cancelled one week prior to the check-in date.
    For Cancellations later than one week, one-night room charges will be levied per room booked.
    For Cancellations less than 48 Hours before arrival or no-show, booking advance will not be refunded.
    One week's room charges will be levied for monthly booking if cancelled less than one week before arrival.
    For monthly bookings, one week's room charges will be levied if cancelled less than one week before arrival & no refunds will be permitted after check-in.
    For Cancellation, less than 48 Hours before arrival or no-show, 50% charges will be payable.

Other Policies

    Management reserves the right to provide or deny accommodation and to remove any guests who are creating a nuisance or disturbance to the other occupants, behaving unruly, or not acceptably attired.
    Guest are required to provide I.D. at time of Check-In. Foreign National & NRI are required to provide their Passport at Check-in.
    After check in on monthly tariff, no refunds will be applicable on early checkout.
    All Disputes are subject to Mysuru Jurisdiction Only
